- FTTH drop cables are already terminated with LC/APC connectors on one end
- The open end can simply be tucked away or run all the way to the main distribution box
- Surface-mount installation of the jack for optimized, secure installation of patch cables
- Integrated, tamper-proof laser protection on the LC APC couplers
- Sturdy pull eye for pulling cable through conduit systems
The growing demand for expanding the fiber-optic network into homes calls for products that enable simple and efficient installation of this network. The Digitus FTTH Installation Kit is a solution that makes it easy to expand and complete the fiber-optic network within the home. The simplicity of installation stems from the fact that the product comes with all necessary components, eliminating the need to source them individually. The junction box can be mounted at the designated location, and connecting it to the router is made easier since the LC/APC connectors are already included. The integrated fiber-optic drop cable can then be run to establish the connection to the in-home termination point, which is installed in the building as the entry point for the fiber-optic network. It provides additional ports and splicing options to meet the requirements for scaling the number of fiber-optic connections.
