And OptimizedIR enables surveillance in pitch darkness without the need for extra lighting. Axis Zipstream with support for AV1, H.264, and H.265 significantly reduces bandwidth and storage requirements without compromising image quality. Furthermore, this dome camera includes a built-in audio jack so it’s possible to connect a microphone for audio support.

It features a built-in weathershield and has an operating temperature range from -40°C to 50 °C (-40°F to 122°F). And a built-in intrusion switch can detect tampering. Axis Edge Vault, our hardware-based cybersecurity platform, safeguards the device and protects sensitive information from unauthorized access. It also offers secure key storage with FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certified secure cryptographic key storage and operations. What’s more, this dome camera is easy to install, maintain, and operate.
