Product Information
DE5900 is AOPEN's new product to focus on the Digital Signage & Kiosk application market, DE5900 uses 13th Gen intel core as a major solution. Performance hybrid architecture, combining Performance-cores (P-cores) and Efficient-cores (E-Cores) to deliver balanced single-thread and multi-threaded real-world performance. Support for up to DDR5 4800 MT/s2 with fast frequencies and high bandwidth and throughput leading to enhanced workflow and productivity. HDMI2.1 is another key feature, it supports a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K60 and 4K120.
Unleash Power Efficiently: Intel® 13th-Gen Raptor LAKE-P!
Supports HDMI2.1 8K HDR content playback
HDMI 2.1b is the most recent update of the HDMI specification and supports a range of higher video resolutions and refresh rates including 8K60 and 4K120, and resolutions up to 10K. Dynamic HDR formats are also supported, and bandwidth capability is increased up to 48Gbps.
4-screens output player
DE5900 supports 4 screen output solutions, which can support up to 4 screens (via USB-C). The horizontal or vertical streamlined ratio is the best solution for digital menus board and multi-screen use. It is suitable for application industries such as fast catering and fast fashion retail, with special effects such as screen changes.
Support DDR5 Memory Module
DDR5 RAM launch speeds deliver nearly double the bandwidth of DDR4. But it's not just faster, it's better at channel efficiency, power management, and is optimized to scale with your demanding multi-core workloads or games. DDR5 translates to a better experience across the board.
Small form factor
This form factor ensures an easy integration into kiosks or behind screens. The AOPEN small form factor is a standard that is used for Digital Engine (DE) models. The size of our Digital Engine series is set to maximum 166x48x157 mm. Its width set to 166 mm. Do the math and you will see that a Digital Engine is an investment that will last, even after replacing the item in a kiosk or mount that already exists.
Intel Core-i Platform
13th Gen Intel® Core mobile processors bring next-generation performance across a full portfolio of options. With Intel’s revolutionary performance hybrid architecture, Intel® Thread Director6 intelligently moves workloads across performance cores—or “P-cores”—to optimize responsive, single-threaded performance, and efficient cores—or "E-cores"—to accelerate efficient, scalable, multi-threaded performance.
UHD (4K) content playback
This media player is capable of driving UHD (4k) content. With a resolution that goes up to 3840x2160 pixels your content will be close to perfect. This feature marks the players that are capable of delivering content that is fluent and stutter free in UHD (4k).
